The sale of a property that you have owned is always difficult, even more so when you have raised 3 children, spent 20 years on a beautiful property and built the infrastructure you have always dreamed of. We made the decision to down size and move closer to family, to sell our farm in Dubbo. A very difficult and emotional decision.
